The sale is enabled in all countries of the European Union and in Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, summarized in the following list:
Shipping is free for all orders in Italy.
The delivery time for Italy is 2/4 working days.
For all shipments outside the Italian territory but within the European Union the shipping costs are 13 €.
The delivery time for Italy is 2/5 working days.
For all shipments outside the Italian territory and outside the European Union (Norway, United Kingdom and Switzerland) the shipping costs are € 19.
The delivery time for Italy is 2/5 working days.
Customs duties are excluded and are to be understood as the responsibility of the customer.
Normally after receiving the order we entrust it to the courier the next working day and the delivery in Italy takes place in 2/4 working days and in 2/5 working days abroad depending on your postal code. Collections and deliveries may be delayed due to the high number of shipments during the holidays.
Remember that orders are prepared and delivered only on working days, from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian holidays and holidays in the country of delivery.
On working days, all orders placed before 3pm are prepared and shipped the same day, while orders placed after 3pm are prepared and shipped the next working day.

The courier we use for Italy (including the islands) is SDA, for abroad it is UPS.
It is possible to return a product within 14 days from day 1 from receipt of the goods, on undamaged products (except for manufacturing defects) and unworn / washed, intact in their original state.
You can proceed with the return request by writing an email to info@jbacollection.it by entering the order number, the name of the product and the color variant that you want to return.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer. How can you do?
The refund will be received within 10 working days from day 1 from receipt of the return in our warehouses. The refund will be made with the same method chosen for the payment of the order, excluding shipping costs if you decide to use the collection service made available by JBA Collection.
You can make a request for a complaint on products with obvious manufacturing defects by sending an email to info@jbacollection.it within 3 working days from day 1 from receipt of the goods, inserting the order number and a photograph certifying the defect. In that case we will take care of sending you a new product at no additional cost.
